At this stage, we would suggest splitting your stock into individual portion sizes, so you can easily remove however much stock you need at any given time. When you’re happy with your choice, pour your chicken stock in until it is ¾ full and seal.

Write today’s date as well as the use-by date on the lid or bag and place it in the freezer. Remember, you can freeze chicken stock for around three months.
