How to Store Semolina Pudding

Once you have made semolina pudding, it should be good for around three days, providing you wrap it tightly and refrigerate it. You should never keep semolina pudding at room temperature for longer than is absolutely necessary, as this can cause the pudding to spoil as a result of bacteria growth. 

Allow your cooked semolina to cool at room temperature for an hour or so, and then wrap it tightly with cling film. You should then place it at the back of your fridge, and it will be good for up to three days.
