Freeze Individually
It may be tempting to fill one container with all your leftover chia pudding but this will take an age to defrost. For a quick grab and go breakfast, freeze in smaller, individual pots so that the thawing process is quicker and you can enjoy your chia pudding sooner!

How Do You Defrost Chia Pudding?

Defrosting chia pudding is just as simple as making it. Simply retrieve one of the individual containers of frozen chia pudding from the freezer and place it into the fridge.

Leave to thaw overnight and enjoy the next day!

Depending on the temperature of your fridge, it may not have defrosted all the way through when it comes to the time you want to eat it, so you can also leave it out on the counter for 10-15 minutes to speed up the final parts of thawing.

Can You Refreeze Chia Pudding?
